Provide the basics
Under the Owners Corporation Act your current OC Manager must provide the below documentation upon request;
- Contact List. This will become important to discuss with other Owners of the potential change
- Past AGM Minutes. This gives a good understanding of budgets, which resolutions need to be actioned, Owner involvement etc
- Current Contract. This details any exit fees which might apply
Leave it to me
I will then review the documentation and come back with;
- A Proposed Budget. Matching or saving you money
- A Property Report. Showing the existing condition as well as potential areas of improvement and helpful suggestions
- Road Map. Explaining the process in transitioning OC managers

Once you are satisfied that Cromwell OC is the best option for you, we can then organise the most suitable method to vote;
- Committee Meeting. Via Zoom or in person
- Email Ballot. This can take up to 14 days
